️ سياسة الضمان وطلب الضمان :

·    تضمن بي سليب أن كل مرتبة مصنعة لدينا خالية من أي عيوب تصنيع. إذا اكتشفت أي عيوب، سيتولى فريقنا المختص فحص المرتبة بدقة لتحديد المشكلة وإجراء اللازم وفقًا لسياسة الضمان لدينا. اختر من بين المقاسات الستاندر الرائعة لدينا

 استمتع بتجربة نوم فاخرة مع مجموعة مراتب "بي سليب"، التي تتميز بتقنية البوكيت سبرنج و الفوم، مع ضمان لمدة 10 سنوات ينقسم كالتالي:

1-  مقاسات المراتب الستاندر . ضمان استثنائي لمدة 10 سنوات: "سنتان للاستبدال ، ثلاث سنوات للصيانة ،خمس سنوات صيانة برسوم ".

2-  مقاسات المراتب الخاصة. ضمان استثنائي لمدة 10 سنوات: "خمس سنوات صيانة ، خمس سنوات صيانة برسوم".

  تتمتع مجموعة مراتب "البونيل سبرنج" بضمان لمدة 5 سنوات، ينقسم كالتالي :

1-  مقاسات المراتب الستاندر . ضمان استثنائي لمدة 5 سنوات هذا الضمان يتضمن: سنة للاستبدال ، سنة للصيانة ، ثلاث سنوات صيانة برسوم .

2-  للمقاسات الخاصة. ضمان مميز لمدة 5 سنوات، يتضمن: سنتان للصيانة ، ثلاث سنوات صيانة برسوم

·      تتوفر مراتب تحمل ضمانًا موضحًا بجانب اسم الصنف. و تنطبق شروط الضمان التالية .

·    تنويه : سيتم تحديد رسوم الصيانة بعد إجراء فحص شامل للمرتبة.

️ الأسرة

•       احصل على راحة تدوم مع ضمان 5 سنوات لمجموعة أسرّة "بي سليب"!

️ يغطي الضمان المزايا التالية:

1-  خروج النوابض والأسلاك أو أي جزء داخلي من المرتبة.

2-  هبوط المرتبة بأكثر من 4 سم عن السطح.

3-  انبعاجا تتجاوز 4 سم على جانبي المرتبة.

4- زيادة الشعور بتكتل المرتبة.

لا يغطي الضمان النقاط التالية  :

1-    ليونة المرتبة او عدم الراحة .

2-    هبوط المرتبة أقل من 4 سم.

3-    إذا ما تم تدوير المرتبة كل 6 أشهر.

4-    المراتب اللي على قواعد سست أو أسرّة بألواح أو قواعد خشبية متباعدة أو تالفة.

5-    التلف اللي يسبب سوء الاستخدام، مثل ( البلل أو تمزق القماش أو التخزين السيء أو الحريق ).

6-   الأضرار اللي تصير من نقل المرتبة بشكل خاطئ، مما يسبب اعوجاجها أو التواءها.

طلب الضمان / الصيانة

️ داخل الرياض

•       رسوم فحص أولي: 49 ريال تُدفع مقدمًا (وتُخصم من رسوم التوصيل في حال وجود خلل).

•       رسوم التوصيل للصيانة أو الاستبدال: 149 ريال.

خارج الرياض

•       يتم سحب المرتبة للفحص على حساب العميل.

•       إذا تبيّن وجود خلل، تُستبدل أو تُصان مجانًا حسب الشروط.

•       رسوم الشحن تتراوح بين 149 - 499 ريال حسب المنطقة.

تنويه: لا نوفر مرتبة بديلة أثناء فترة الفحص أو الصيانة

§    لو صار أي لبس أو اختلاف بخصوص سياسة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، نرجع لقوانين وزارة التجارة.

Mattresses with warranty are clearly labeled beside the product name.

Note: Service fees will be determined after a full inspection of the mattress.

️ Beds Warranty

Enjoy long-lasting comfort with a 5-year warranty on BeSleep bed sets!

️ Warranty Covers:

1. Springs, wires, or any internal components coming out of the mattress
2. Mattress sagging over 4 cm from the surface
3. Indentations deeper than 4 cm on either side
4. Increased lumpiness in the mattress

Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Mattress softness or lack of comfort
2. Sagging less than 4 cm
3. If the mattress is not rotated every 6 months
4. Use on box springs, slatted or damaged wooden bases
5. Damage due to misuse (e.g., moisture, fabric tearing, improper storage, fire)
6. Damage caused by improper transportation (bending or twisting the mattress)

Warranty / Maintenance Request

️ Within Riyadh

• Initial inspection fee: SAR 49 (prepaid; deducted from delivery fee if a defect is confirmed)

• Delivery fee for maintenance or replacement: SAR 149

Outside Riyadh

• The customer bears the shipping cost for inspection

• If a defect is found, replacement or maintenance is provided free of charge

• Shipping fees range between SAR 149 – 499 depending on the region

Note: No replacement mattress will be provided during the inspection or maintenance period.

In case of any misunderstanding or dispute regarding the return or exchange policy, we adhere to the regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce.
